Giana Stanco joined Merrill Morris Partners in 2024. She brings skills in marketing, operations, and design, along with an appreciation for the AEC industry and its impact on communities. Beginning her career consulting for small businesses and later working with a national engineering firm, Giana honed her abilities in brand elevation and strategic communication.

At MMP, Giana drives initiatives to strengthen client engagement and expand brand visibility. Her role involves creating targeted marketing materials, refining communications, managing MMP’s digital presence, and supporting operational needs. 

Outside of work, Giana is passionate about music, cooking, and travel. In her kitchen, she enjoys experimenting with new recipes and crafting unique ice cream flavors.
