Chula Vista, California 

Otay Ranch Town Center is the regional lifestyle center of Chula Vista. Designed to appeal to American and International shoppers, the design focuses on a pedestrian-friendly urban street environment featuring a variety of unique courtyards.  Offering moments of social interaction, each courtyard retains a distinct character, modeled after a variety of California cultural references: Mediterranean, California Ranch, Monterey as well as Southwest vernacular. Each courtyard effectively recreates the tone with rich paving, palm trees, lush plantings and ornamental accents, as well as fountains mixed with modern cafe and garden type seating offering a variety of flexible open spaces.
