Having worked both within boutique design environments and leading creative teams across multidisciplinary practices, Lieske understands how to tailor big-picture marketing insight to the nimble pace of a studio practice.  

She partners closely with principals and project teams to craft winning proposals, refine interview presentations, and build clean, practical collateral that lets the work speak for itself.
